Description
The Coastal Bend Food Bank’s Social Services Department will be on campus to provide free application assistance for SNAP, TANF, CHIP, Healthy Texas Women, Medicare Savings Programs, and Long-Term Care Services. Join us on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at the Heritage Campus (Harvin Center, Rm. 165) or Wednesday, Sept. 24 at the Coleman Center (The HUB) from 9 AM–12 PM and 1–4 PM. Bring a photo ID, Social Security numbers for all household members, proof of income, lease/mortgage, bank statements, utility bills, and any citizenship paperwork if applicable.
