Please join us for a "Tex-Mex" lunch prepared by Del Mar College’s own culinary and hospitality students on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Institute at Oso Creek Campus. We have an amazing menu for the day, with the theme “Tex-Mex”.

It is a first come, first 100 people served luncheon. The price is $12.50 for an entrée, 2 sides, salad, and a choice of coffee, tea, or water. It will be held from 11:30am-12:30pm. The limit per person is 2 to-go meals. Payment will only be with credit/debit card, no cash accepted.

Beef Carne Asada

Charro Beans (simmered pinto beans w/pork belly, cilantro, and tomatoes)

(sauteed seasoned cactus paddles with mild chorizo)

Corn Bread - Jalapeno Corn Bread - Flour Tortillas

Tex-Mex Cobb Salad or Garden Salad featuring an optional Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette 

or a choice of Ranch or Blue Cheese
