From the heart of the Air Conditioning / HVAC labs to electrical, plumbing, maintenance, and more this guided tour will give you first‑hand insight into the hands and skills that build, maintain, and power our surroundings.

• Tour multiple lab spaces representing Air Conditioning, Electrical, Building Maintenance, Plumbing, and Appliance Repair — core areas of the Building Trades program.

• Learn about the program pathways, certifications, and skills taught trade safety, code compliance, system diagnostics, hands-on installation, and troubleshooting.

• Talk with instructors about career outcomes and the high demand for trade professionals in our region from residential systems to industrial infrastructure.

• If you're ready, you’ll even be able to register for Spring 2026 in these trade programs on the spot.

All tours start in the Coleman Student Center and you'll be walked over to the Air Conditioning Technology Building.
