• View real engines, transmissions, hydraulics systems, and vehicle frames in development and repair.

• See how students work with diagnostic tools, engine control modules, fuel systems, and heavy‑duty parts all in alignment with industry standards.

• Learn about certifications in the Diesel/Heavy Equipment program, including how Del Mar’s program is AED‑certified and aligns with national standards.

• Speak with faculty about career pathways: becoming a diesel technician, heavy equipment technician, field service, managing repair operations, and more.

This tour gives you an up-close look at the guts of heavy machines, but the real mechanics behind what keeps transportation, industry, and infrastructure moving.
